What We Do
Innovad delivers a proven 3-phase process to guide your project from design to commissioning.
Phase 1 begins with the evaluation of technology needs and requirements for your project, as well as long-range planning. This careful analysis helps develop the criteria for acoustics, AV, lighting, network, low voltage and other essential building systems to bring you a technologically advanced solution. We provide a preliminary system design, specifications and budget in this phase for examination. Our services within this phase can include CAD designs that can be exhibited for the bid process.
In Phase 2 design requirements are finalized. Innovad coordinates with electrical and mechanical trades to ensure power requirements, wiring diagrams, and project goals align. We finalize hardware and work with the general contractor to manage the project schedule of values and develop the control system and custom design needed at this time. We assist in review of bid documents to ensure your integrator meets the requirements to complete the work.
As the project develops and advances into Phase 3, the system implementation and build begins. Innovad is there to assist with AV firm selection and integration. During this phase, we work closely with the chosen integrator to ensure successful installation with the contractors through site inspections, review of as-built drawings, system conformity, and final acceptance.
