Tamara Keefe

CEO & 'Flavor Temptress', Clementine's Naughty & Nice Creamery

You can read her full story here, but Keefe’s love affair with ice cream began when her family couldn’t afford to join friends after church on Sundays at the ice cream parlor. They found a hand-crank ice cream maker at a garage sale and Keefe never stopped making homemade ice cream. By 2014 she was running a $70 million business and working 70 hour weeks. With the support of some friends (her best taste testers) she wrote up a business plan and went to “Ice Cream College” at Penn State. She used her background in the food industry to create a superior small batch microcreamery with naughty (boozy, up to 18%) and nice (non-boozy) natural ice creams. Clementine’s now has four locations!
