Tim Gaidis

Principal and Senior Project Designer, HOK

Tim is a Principal and Senior Project Designer in HOK’s St. Louis office where he leads a broad range of projects including innovation districts, corporate and institutional workplaces, science and technology, aviation, and sustainability. Tim has been integral in masterplanning and building design in St. Louis’ Cortex Innovation Community, and has recently been involved with the development of Mayo’s Discovery Square and Destination Medical Center in Rochester, Minnesota and in Philadelphia’s uCity Square innovation district. Leveraging his past experience as HOK St. Louis’ Sustainability Leader, Tim’s focus is on forward-thinking, out-of-the-box approaches for clients seeking commercially, ecologically, and personally transcendent design. He is a frequent speaker on architectural topics, and occasionally teaches classes in sustainability and integrated design at Washington University in St. Louis.
