Rowena Amelung supports McCarthy’s Advanced Technology and Manufacturing group focusing on providing exceptional client experiences for complex lab, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer products, and general manufacturing facilities. She develops strategic alliances with architecture, engineering and trade partners across the region to pursue target project opportunities. Her contributions to the company and the community have included developing the industrial division’s quality management program, expanding career development opportunities for women through McCarthy’s Partnership for Women, volunteering for charitable organizations, and involvement with industry organizations such as the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers (SLCCC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Hawthorn Foundation. These career achievements and civic activities led to the St. Louis Business Journal selecting Amelung as part of its 40 Under 40 class of 2020.
