Tim Mettenbrink is a senior strategic advisor for Lund Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and began his professional career as an architect before transitioning into commercial real estate development and project management. His 25+ years of experience covers a large portion of the commercial real estate spectrum including land development, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, medical office, multifamily, hospitality, luxury resort, and most recently child care. With his extensive experience, Mettenbrink is able to provide strategic guidance to clients at every stage of a project.
