Melissa Polinoski

C4K Convening: Child Care Workforce

Melissa Polinoski is an assistant vice president of early childhood programming with Nebraska Children and Families Foundation. Prior to joining NCFF, she served as the early childhood community coordinator for the community of Atkinson. As coordinator, she developed the Certified Child Caregiver Program to address child care shortage areas and build a future child care workforce for the community. Polinoski has more than 25 years of experience in education and child development.
