Milva McGhee

General Session Community Panel

Milva McGhee relocated from Atlanta, Georgia, to McCook, Nebraska, two years ago and joined the McCook Department of Economic Development as the McCook early childhood community coordinator. McGhee serves as a connector and advocate for local providers, after spending the majority of her career working in higher education. Her diverse background includes teaching, serving as a visitation monitor, and working with students and staff living on college campuses. In McCook, McGhee has started several innovative programs regarding infant care, leadership training, and support for early childhood students through the local community college.
