Melody Hobson
Reimagining Early Childhood Partnerships
Melody Hobson has experience as a teacher and director in
community-based early childhood education and care programs,
where she collaborated with school district early childhood and
Head Start programs. She also has more than a decade of
experience working with state-level policies and programs at the
Nebraska Department of Education. Hobson earned a bachelor’s
degree in elementary education from the University of Nebraska
at Omaha and a master’s degree in special education from the
University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She holds a Nebraska teaching
certificate with endorsements in elementary and early childhood
special education.
