Leslie Baker
C4K Convening: Child Care Workforce
Leslie Baker is an early childhood consultant from Norfolk,
Nebraska. She serves as Madison County’s lead Rooted in
Relationships coach and assists with Pyramid Model
implementation. Baker is an independent contractor, sole owner
of five child care programs, and a Circle of Security parenting
class facilitator. On local committees, she serves as an
advocate for child care programs and brings awareness of
workforce and child care shortages.
