Strategic Plan for Equitable Access to Quality (SPEAQ) Early Childhood Services in Nebraska

Hallie Duke is dedicated to improving health and well-being of children and their families. She focused her passion for service for 18 years through statewide strategic health planning and organizational improvements at the Texas public health agency. Faced with natural disasters and major organizational challenges, Duke used her talents for envisioning the big picture while focusing on critical details to effectively plan and implement major projects. Building on that experience, since 2018 she has been serving clients as a strategic consultant helping them identify their critical needs and designing actionable plans to reach their goals. Duke earned a B.A. in psychology from Texas A&M and an M.S. and Ph.D. in child and family development from the University of Georgia.
