Diane Temme Stinton

Diane Temme Stinton is the CEO of TMCO (Total Manufacturing
Company) in Lincoln, Nebraska. TMCO, a second-generation family
business that specializes in contract metal manufacturing, was
founded in 1974 by Roland Temme. The company, located just south
of the Haymarket on 6th and J Streets, employs upwards of 200
people. Born and raised in Lincoln, Dr. Temme Stinton holds
degrees in German, international studies, and music and has also
lived and studied in the United Kingdom and Germany. She is a
local advocate for manufacturing and workforce development,
serving as Lincoln-area director of Dream It Do It! in Nebraska
and tri-chair of the Lincoln Manufacturing Council in
cooperation with the Lincoln Partnership for Economic
Development. TMCO has been the recipient of numerous awards for
the work it does in the community and for innovative employee
programs. In 2019, TMCO received a Step Up Award from Prosper
Lincoln for its work on early childhood education. In 2020, Dr.
Temme Stinton received the Inspire Award – Excellence in
Business.
