Alexandra Dillon
Nebraska Early Childhood Strategic Plan: Collaborating Across Communities
Alexandra Dillon directs professional development for early
childhood educators through management of the Central Region
Early Learning Connection grant. Her work includes the
identification and funding of early childhood content experts
for professional development experiences. She also advocates for
early childhood professionals through participation on planning
region teams, preschool advisory boards, Communities for Kids
committees, Rooted in Relationships committees, and as a member
of the ESU 10 Strategic Planning Committee. In previous work,
Dillon has partnered with organizations such as Southwest
Airlines, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and Cessna
Aircraft, to align company vision and values with systems and
practices. She received her B.S. in journalism with an emphasis
in public relations from the University of Kansas and a Master
of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
